Please fill out the booking form with all required information and I will review your booking request and get back to you as soon as possible! If I accept the booking request, we will move forward with the booking process and get a date scheduled for your tattoo. If I feel the tattoo you want is not within my ability to do for you, I will recommend you someone that I feel could do the tattoo for you :)
  • How do you price your tattoos?
I am now working with flat rate pricing. This means that my pricing is not hourly, it depends fully on the area we will be tattooing and on the size you choose your tattoo to be. Pricing: Small tattoos (1-2 hours) Small tattoo pricing starts at $80 shop minimum • $80 tattoos usually consist of simple line work and are about 1-2 inches in size Palm sized pieces can be up to 4 inches in size and pricing starts at $200 Half day (3-5 hours) Pricing ranges from $400-600 depending on tattoo design and detail Can be 5-7 inches in size Full day (7+ hours) Outer bicep (shoulder to elbow) - $850 Inner bicep (armpit to elbow) - $800 Forearm (elbow to wrist and/or hand) - $700 Thigh (upper thigh to knee) - $1,000 • Front • Back • Side Calf/Shin (knee to ankle) - $850 Other (back, ribs, hip, chest, sternum) - price will fully depend on exact size and detail of tattoo • I will provide the price after your booking request is accepted :) Full sleeve projects (arm and/or leg) Pricing will go based off of prices listed above These projects require a lot of time and planning. They take multiple sessions depending on how long you are willing to sit for and the amount of area we have to cover. We will only work on one area per session.

Anime BL Comic book Gaming Neo-traditional (black and gray or color) American traditional (black and gray or color) Floral
  • Is a deposit required to book?
A non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. The deposit will secure the appointment spot and will come out of the total of the tattoo on the day of the appointment A $150 deposit is required for full day pieces. A $100 deposit is required for half day pieces and a $50 deposit is required for small tattoos. ***Please be deposit ready, as your appointment date will not be set in stone without one!***
  • What is the best form of contact if any changes need to be made prior to the appointment?
I can be reached through my email caroxcreates@yahoo.com or through the contact form/chat on this website.
  • What should I expect during my session?
Be prepared to sit for a long time if you are coming in for a large piece! A full day session can range anywhere from 7-10 hours of tattoo time as my pieces have a lot of detail and it depends on the texture of your skin as well, as sometimes it’s a bit harder to saturate than others. I prefer to finish my pieces in one sitting and so the way I tattoo reflects that. If you feel at all that you cannot sit for that long and would rather split the session into two separate sessions to finish the piece, please just let me know prior to the appointment! I absolutely do not mind splitting the session up as I want to make sure you are at your most comfortable during the entire process :)
  • What am I required to bring to my appointment?
Valid form of government issued ID (driver’s license or passport) If under 18 (16 or 17 years in age) a parental consent form is required to be filled out by a parent/guardian and notarized and must be brought in to the appointment. Both the parent/guardian that filled out the consent form and the person getting tattooed must have a valid form of government issued ID on the day of the appointment. A link to the consent form can be found in my booking form to be printed and filled out or a physical copy can be picked up at Timeless Tattoo Co.
  • How should I prepare for my appointment?
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Drink lots of water and use lotion to moisturize the area that will be getting tattooed at least 2-4 weeks before your appointment as hydrated skin allows for a smoother and easier time tattooing you! Your skins texture without proper hydration can make it very difficult to saturate and can prolong the session as I will have a harder time tattooing you. Eat a full meal before coming in to your appointment! Preferably a meal that contains sugar as it is very easy for your blood sugar levels to drop during a tattoo session since your body is being put through a lot! You are also more than welcome to bring snacks, water, a blanket, pillow, headphones, etc. to ensure that you are at your most comfortable during your session!
  • Is the use of numbing cream allowed?
I do not allow numbing cream as it can affect the way your skin takes the ink and can make the texture rough and harder to work with. If you come in to your appointment with numbing cream applied to the area being tattooed without my knowledge, your appointment will have to be rescheduled to another date.
  • Am I able to see my tattoo design prior to the appointment?
I don’t send designs prior to the appointment date. I draw custom pieces for every one of my clients so your design will usually not be completed until the night before. I will show you the design on the day of the appointment, and if any changes need to be made, we can do them together! If you are not satisfied with the design and it needs to be completely redrawn, we will have to reschedule to another appointment date. Please don’t hesitate to let me know if you are not happy with the design, I want you to love your new tattoo! Please make sure you trust in me and my work prior to booking. You can specify certain elements you would like included in your design but I ask for creative freedom with your tattoo as it will ensure the best outcome from me if I am not restricted with the design!
  • What should I wear to my appointment?
Come comfy! Wear something you can be cozy in and don’t mind potentially getting ink on (ink does not come out of your clothes, I’ve learned that the hard way •_•) and wear something that will allow easy access to the area being tattooed (short sleeved shirts, tank tops, shorts and flannels specifically for sternum pieces)
  • Am I able to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
If for any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, let me know as soon as possible! No call no shows affect me immensely and I lose my entire day as I cannot get another appointment in on such short notice, therefore your deposit will be void. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, I allow a single reschedule where your original deposit can be used toward a new date within a 2 month time period of the original date. If you reschedule a second time or outside of the 2 month time frame, your deposit will be void and a new deposit will be required to book a new date.
  • What is the aftercare process for my new tattoo?
For large, full day pieces, I will provide second skin after the session so that you don’t have to worry about the tattoo for the first 4-5 days! (Please let me know if you by chance have a latex allergy. The second skin I provide does say “latex free”, but I would rather be safe than sorry and not apply it onto your new tattoo if you do have a latex allergy). With or without the second skin, you want to keep your tattoo clean! If you do not have the second skin on your new tattoo or after you take the second skin off, all you have to do is wash your tattoo with antibacterial unscented soap (Dial Gold, Dr. Bronner’s Castile soap) twice a day for the first two days. Do not start applying lotion until day three, as you want to allow your tattoo to begin the healing process on its own and begin drying out before applying any lotion. For lotion, just use any unscented lotion as often as you feel your tattoo needs it (Lubriderm, Aveeno, CeraVe). Stay away from petroleum based products such as ointments, Vaseline, and Aquaphor as these will drown your tattoo and will not provide the hydration it needs! And please do not scratch or pick at your new tattoo! It will become very dry and itchy, but fight the urge for a smooth healing process :)
  • What payment method is accepted?
I accept card, cash, Zelle or PayPal for the full payment of your tattoo. *** Cash is always preferred***
  • Should I tip?
Tips are not expected or required by any means! I charge what I charge because it is what I feel covers the amount of work put into your tattoo, so please don’t feel that you are required to tip! If you would like to tip whether that be with money or a gift that is completely your decision and it is always so appreciated! :D
